To perform in this opportunity, the candidate must have a completed degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, good academic transcripts, written and spoken fluency in English, and strong problem-solving, resilience, analytical, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Knowledge of BI tools and data visualization technologies, as well as strong understanding of data visualization and data management concepts, is required.
The role also involves innovation, as the candidate will assist with NPD launches internally to sales and key stakeholders, prepare trade presenters for NPDs, and prepare excellent trade launch plans for new products with market share targets. Post-launch reviews will be conducted to review NPD performance vs set KPIs presented internal to key stakeholders.
Cross functional collaboration is essential, as the candidate will manage weekly status meetings with 3rd parties and internal stakeholders, present at cycle briefs, develop SOPs and Protect GSK audits, and NPD systems order testing working with KAM and Supply chain.
